Yes! A private clothes washer and dryer are in the unit, so you don't have to bring every bathing suit you own.

Guests have a covered parking spot designated for Unit 310. Extra guest parking passes are available as well.

Does House of the Sun have pickleball?

Yes, pickleball and tennis. We're one of the few condos on Crescent Beach with our own court.

How do I get from House of the Sun to Siesta Village?

Take the trolley! Siesta Key’s open-air trolley, the Route 77 Siesta Islander, is free for all riders and provides an easy way to explore the island. There’s a trolley stop right outside House of the Sun, and it’s approximately a 20-minute ride to Siesta Village. The trolley also serves other popular destinations along Siesta Key.The Siesta Islander operates seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., making it easy to enjoy Siesta Village without worrying about driving or parking.
