Rental Conditions
- Minimum 7 night stay applies — for shorter stay, minimum charge is for 7 nights.
- Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
- Check-in time not before 3:00pm local time, check-out no later than 10:00am local time — no exceptions, please.
- Occupants under age 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian/parent — no exceptions.
- Pets not permitted under any conditions.
- No smoking allowed.
- Maximum occupancy limited to 6 guests. Additional charge of $10/night per person for guests in excess of 6.

Deposit
To secure your reservation, a damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. It is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided all rental contract provisions are met. Bookings will cancel automatically if payments have not been received by the due date. A rental contract will be promptly e-mailed or faxed to the guest. Signed rental contract must be returned by mail with required payment.
Rental Payment
In addition to the above deposit, an advance payment of 50% of the rental amount is required sixty (60) days prior to arrival date. Balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. If booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date incur no penalty — full refund of reservation deposit and rental payments made. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or are made within 60 days of the arrival date will incur forfeiture of the 50% advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. No refunds for early departure.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend insuring against the loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for any reason.
